Contract Maintenance & Support
- TechEvolution
offers monthly maintenance & support agreements for small businesses
starting at 12 workstations or more. Pricing for maintenance
agreements is based on the number of workstations, servers and users
within the network. Agreements will have a dedicated amount of
on-site support time evenly dispersed throughout the month on set
days to resolve user issues & perform maintenance tasks. Support for
contracted clients is guaranteed within one hour or less during
business hours. Events requiring emergency support outside the
scheduled on-site day/time will be billed at discounted rates.
On Call Support (As Needed)
- TechEvolution offers
on-call support for smaller sized business (2-12) on an as needed
basis based on a predetermined hourly rate. Minimum billed time for
online support requiring remote access is 0.5 hours. Minimum billed
time for on-site support is 1 hour. Response times are typically
within minutes for remote support over the internet. On-site times
for this level of support are same day for emergency events.
TechEvolution does not bill trip charges or travel time.
Project Based
Consultation - For clients
requiring system changes or new installations, a technology
consultant is available to meet with you (free of charge) to discuss
your needs on location or via phone. Bids for proposed work will be
drawn up and emailed for your approval with detailed breakdown of
costs and services provided.
